GP online consultation 

 You can use an online form to contact your GP practice about a new problem or an ongoing issue wherever and whenever you like using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Your NHS number 

Your NHS number is a 10 digit number, like 485 777 3456. It is on any letter you receive from the NHS.  If you don’t know your NHS number you can still make medical appointments. You don’t need your NHS number to use NHS services, but it can be useful to have it. To find it visit:
