Kooth Online – Offers access to Live Chat to for young people to talk about things on their mind. This can be done via messages or via live chat. The site includes helpful articles, personal experiences and tips from young people, Discussion Boards to start or join a conversation with friendly Kooth community and Daily Journal in which young people can log their own daily journal to track feelings or emotions and reflect on how they’re doing. https://www.kooth.com/ 

 

Primary Intervention Team – Community-based support
which is offered in local schools and community services and delivered by
SWYPFT. Referrals for the Primary Intervention Team are to be completed through
schools.
